大体积混凝土硬化过程产生的温升与时问对其力学性能影响较大,成熟度在预测混凝土的阶段强度中是一种有效方法。本文在应用成熟度等效龄期方法的基础上,研究了水胶比0.35的大体积混凝土在不同养护温度下的混凝土轴压强度、弹模和劈拉强度发展规律。将标养、35℃和50℃湿热养护的温度和时间换算为成熟度一致时的相互关系,建立了成熟度下的预测公式:并得出65℃湿热养护的力学性能需单独建立预测关系式的结论。

Temperature rise in the hardening mass concrete and time have a big effect on the mechanical properties. It is a very effective way to assess the stage strength of concrete by maturity. Maturity equivalent age was applied in this paper. Develop- ment law of concrete axial compressive strength, elastic modulus and splitting tensile strength in mass concrete, w/s 0.35, under different curing temperature, was studied. Prediction formula in the concrete curried in standard cuing ,35℃ and 50℃ hy- drothermal curing respectively was built by translating temperature and time to corre- lation at the same maturity. Prediction formula of mechanical properties should be concluded alone in the concrete curried in 65℃ hydrothermal curing.
