为使老码头岸桥适应升级换代需要,提高生产效率,对岸桥大车方向防摇进行研究。分析岸边集装箱起重机在操作时的摇晃原因,提出解决方案,如优化大车驱动控制参数和上部结构设计方案,增加前大梁水平撑杆以及加强前大梁结构强度等,可以大大降低大车方向摇晃。
為使老碼頭岸橋適應升級換代需要,提高生產效率,對岸橋大車方嚮防搖進行研究。分析岸邊集裝箱起重機在操作時的搖晃原因,提齣解決方案,如優化大車驅動控製參數和上部結構設計方案,增加前大樑水平撐桿以及加彊前大樑結構彊度等,可以大大降低大車方嚮搖晃。

In order to make the shore-based container crane of old terminal meet the need of updating and enhance productive efficiency, a research on swaying-against of trolley direction has been carded out. The reasons of swaying as the shore-based container crane is running are analyzed. The countermeasures are put forward, such as optimizing control parameters of trolley driving, adding horizontal support of former beam, raise horizontal rigidity etc. If the plan is implemented it would reduce swaying of troUey.
