为解决直读式井下电子压力计的通信问题,介绍了一种单芯测井电缆上实现的长距离数据传输技术。借鉴工业两线制变送器供电和信号传输原理,设计了简化的井下压力计供电及单工数字通信电路,满足了系统在高温环境和仪表体积限制方面的需求。在通用异步串行通信格式中,用软件曼切斯特编解码传输数据,使通信距离和抗干扰性能得以提高。

To solve the communication problem of direct-read oil well pressure gauge, a long distance digital data transfer technique applied on single-core logging cable was presented. Base on the principle of industrial 2-wired transmitter's power and signal connection, we designed a simplified digital data transfer circuit, which meets the demand of space limits and high tempera- ture. A software implementation of Manchester code" on RS232 was proved to extend communication distance and improve anti-jam- ming capacity.
