目的:调查聊城所辖县市区疾控机构的实验室人力资源现状,为县级疾控机构人力资源的配置提供参考依据。方法:通过对聊城市8个县(市、区)疾控机构实验室进行问卷调查,统计分析人力资源情况各项相关数据,互相比对,得出可靠结论。结果:调查结果显示,至2013年聊城市各级疾病预防控制机构的男女性别比例为1:4。县级CDC实验室30岁以下占27.40%,市级CDC中占到64.71%。县级CDC实验室具有高级职称的仅有1人,占8个县市检验人员数的1.43%,市级CDC实验室无职称的检验人员占23.53%。县级CDC没有研究生学历人员,专业不对口现象比市级CDC实验室严重。结论:聊城市各级疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置情况不平衡,实验室人员梯队配置也不均衡,缺乏高学历人才,人员数量不足。应加大相关专业高学历人才的引进,加强培训力度,呼吁政府加大对疾控实验室的经费投入,特别是县级机构的投入,进一步完善聊城市各级疾控中心实验室的人力资源配置,以满足今后工作发展需要。

Objective:Provides the value reference basis for the staffing in county CDCs of Liaocheng, by the current state of analysis of Laboratory of human resources. Methods:A census questionnaire was used in this study to investigate and analysize the situation of human resources in eight county CDCs, pointing out that the current problems. Results:According to the results of the survey, the ration of men to women is 1:4 in Liaocheng CDCs until 2013. The number of under the age of thirty accounts for 27.40%of eight CDCs' staff and 64.71%of the city-level CDC laboratory. On the other hand, there is only one person with a senior professional title which is 1.43%of the total number staff, and 23.55%of inspection personnel have no professional titles. Compared with city-level CDC, more staff whose job don’t match their specialty and non highly educated personnel in county CDCs. Conclusion:The staffing in Liaocheng CDCs is unreasonable which is also not balanced with each other. And the lack of a high degree of talent shortage and the number of staff can not meet the development needs of the future. In addition, CDC should increase the intruduction of staff with PhD or Master’ degree and strengthen the training efforts, Meanwhile government should also increase investment for laboratory in CDC, especial y in county CDCs to improve the technican resources.
