液硫保温蒸汽冷凝水因含有蒸汽,又有漏硫磺的风险,我公司采用的方法是因地制宜的增加换热器回收系统,分别将一二期装置的液硫保温蒸汽冷凝水进行冷却回收,一期是将液硫大罐、精硫槽、界区内的液硫管道的冷凝水排放管进行汇总改造,保留原有的排空管不变,增加一只管道到换热器系统。总计每小时可以回收约7 t左右的冷凝水及一部分热量。

Liquid sulfur insulation condensation of water vapor due to the presence of steam and the risk leakage of sulfur, through increasing the heat recovery system, liquid sulfur insulation of steam condensate for cooling recovery of the two devices were carried out, respectively. The large tank of liquid sulfur, refined sulfur slot, and the liquid sulfur pipeline condensate discharge pipe were transformed, retained the original emptying tube unchanged, and added a pipe to the heat exchanger system, about 7 tons of condensate and some heat per hour can be recycled on total.
