液硫保温蒸汽冷凝水因含有蒸汽,又有漏硫磺的风险,我公司采用的方法是因地制宜的增加换热器回收系统,分别将一二期装置的液硫保温蒸汽冷凝水进行冷却回收,一期是将液硫大罐、精硫槽、界区内的液硫管道的冷凝水排放管进行汇总改造,保留原有的排空管不变,增加一只管道到换热器系统。总计每小时可以回收约7 t左右的冷凝水及一部分热量。
