采用液—固相转化法,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)20 g、N、N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)100 mL为原料制备PVDF超滤膜,并通过改变添加剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚(OP-10)的含量观察其成膜规律,并对膜的性能测试,选择出更优质的高强度纳米改性超滤膜。
採用液—固相轉化法,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)20 g、N、N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)100 mL為原料製備PVDF超濾膜,併通過改變添加劑壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚(OP-10)的含量觀察其成膜規律,併對膜的性能測試,選擇齣更優質的高彊度納米改性超濾膜。
채용액—고상전화법,이취편불을희(PVDF)20 g、N、N-이갑기을선알(DMAc)100 mL위원료제비PVDF초려막,병통과개변첨가제임기분취양을희(10)미(OP-10)적함량관찰기성막규률,병대막적성능측시,선택출경우질적고강도납미개성초려막。
PVDF ultrafihration membrane was prepared by liquid - solid phase inversion method using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) 20 g, N, N - dimethylacetamide (DMAe) 100 mL as materials. The rules of uhrafiltration membranes were investigated by changing the content of OP - 10, and through a variety of tests, a better quality of high - strength nano-modified UF membranes was got.
