以(S)-3-羟基四氢呋喃为原料,通过对甲苯磺酰化、叠氮化、采用廉价的还原剂Zn/NH4Cl还原叠氮制备(R)-3-氨基四氢呋喃。所有的产物均经过IR,1H NMR进行了表征。与文献中报道的方法相比较,该方法更经济。

The (R) - 3 - aminotetrahydrofuran was synthesized using (S) - 3 with 4 -methylbenzensulfonyl Chloride, substitution with NaN3 and reduction with obtained the higher yield of amine redueted the organic azide with the ZnfNH4C1. methods of IR, HNMR and MS. This method was more economical compared with -hydroxyhetrahydrofuran by acylation Zn/NH4C1. The result showed that it All compounds were confirmed by the the reported methods
