结合国内生产企业实际,提出了管壳式换热器性能设计优化计算的一种新思路:(1)明确优化目标和变量,尽可能施加更为明确的约束条件;(2)根据管程流速的范围和换热管的内径,确定单程换热管数的取值范围;(3)按照采用的设计标准,确定壳体内径的取值范围;(4)最后根据壳径预估折流板间距,并按照一定策略迭代计算更新换热管长和折流板数。该思路极大减小了设计优化计算量,并可得到满足各项热力性能指标的换热器结构参数的绝大部分方案,与以往先预估传热系数法和其它智能算法相比,更为简单、直接,需要的信息更少,而得到符合要求的解决方案变得更容易、全面。

A kind of new strategy of optimization and design of shell - and - tube heat exchanger was applied in domestic heat exchanger manufacturers, which included: specify the optimization object and design variables, and exert more constraints such as the bundle structure parameters, standards, operation conditions, etc ; confine the tube number of the bundle with fluid velocity of tube side and inner diameter of tube ; confine the shell diameter with designated standard ; and confine the baffle distance and update baffle number and tube length with iteration calculations. The calculation amount can be reduced significantly and at the same time, most of the solutions meeting the thermal indices and discrete design parameters can be obtained with less information and fewer difficulties compared with traditional methods.
