通过等体积浸渍制备了NiO/γ-Al2O3吸附剂,对各馏分段汽油进行反应吸附脱硫,考察了还原前后吸附剂对汽油脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:随着沸点的升高,硫含量升高,硫化物转移到高沸点的馏分中;吸附剂还原后,脱硫率和穿透硫容均比还原前要好;吸附剂对高馏分汽油脱硫时积炭量要少。

NiO/γ-Al2O3 adsorbent was prepared by wet impregnated method. Reactive adsorption desulfurization of gasoline fractions was conducted. The influence of adsorbent before and after reduction on the desulfurization performance were investigated. The results showed that sulfur content increased with the rising of boiling point, sulfur compound was converted into high point fraction; After reduction, desulfurization rate and breakthrough sulfur capacity were better; When desulfurizing from heavy oil fractions, coke content was less than that of light component.
