为了解不同产地的都匀毛尖茶微量元素的含量变化,采用紫外分光光度法对八个产地(团山、大坪、团寨、斗篷山、云雾、高寨、大定、兔场)的都匀毛尖茶中铁、铜、锰的含量。结果表明,不同产地的毛尖茶中均存在铁、铜、锰三种元素,含量大小排序都为Mn〉Fe〉Cu,并且产地不同,其元素含量也不相同。
為瞭解不同產地的都勻毛尖茶微量元素的含量變化,採用紫外分光光度法對八箇產地(糰山、大坪、糰寨、鬥篷山、雲霧、高寨、大定、兔場)的都勻毛尖茶中鐵、銅、錳的含量。結果錶明,不同產地的毛尖茶中均存在鐵、銅、錳三種元素,含量大小排序都為Mn〉Fe〉Cu,併且產地不同,其元素含量也不相同。
위료해불동산지적도균모첨다미량원소적함량변화,채용자외분광광도법대팔개산지(단산、대평、단채、두봉산、운무、고채、대정、토장)적도균모첨다중철、동、맹적함량。결과표명,불동산지적모첨다중균존재철、동、맹삼충원소,함량대소배서도위Mn〉Fe〉Cu,병차산지불동,기원소함량야불상동。
The ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of Fe, Cu and Mn in Duyun Maojian Tea in 8 producing areas of Tuanshan, Daping, Tuanzhai, Doupengshan, Yunwu, Gaozhai, Dading, and Tuehang. The results indicated that Fe, Cu and Mn all existed in Duyun Maojian from different origin, the contents of them were Mn 〉 Fe 〉 Cu, and the content were different with the origin.
