十二烷基葡萄糖苷广泛应用于众多领域。十二烷基葡糖苷反应体系中,因含有较多的正十二醇,正十二醇在糖苷作用下,在水中形成乳液,对葡萄糖含量测定形成了很大干扰。本文采用二甲基亚砜作为溶剂,考察了波长、DNS试剂用量、显色时间对结果的影响,此方法的线性度、精密度、回收率均具有较高水平,具有快速、便捷的优点。

Dodecyl polyglucoside was widely used in daily chemical, biological chemical, agricultural formula, etc. The system contained wuch n - dodecanol. Under the effect of surface active agent n - dodecanol, latex formed and greatly interfered the analysis. Using dimethy sulfoxide （DMSO） as solvent, the effect of wavelength, DNS reagent consumption and coloration time on result were investigated. This method had a higher level of linearity, precision and recovery and the advantages of fastness and conveninence.
