随着电力系统规模的不断扩大,稳定控制装置的二次开发工作面临巨大压力。在分析电网安全稳定控制策略实现特点的基础上,提出了一种标准化稳定控制装置中策略搜索匹配状态机模型。该模型通过将稳定控制策略归纳为运行方式集、当前运行方式、故障状态集、控制措施集、运行方式变化、策略搜索匹配共6个元素,与Mealy型有限状态机模型建立一一对应的映射关系,形成统一的数学表达。这种标准化的数学表达式物理概念清晰,逻辑关系明确,表达形式简洁,与实际系统的动态过程十分吻合,实现了策略表与搜索匹配的解耦,简化了软件编制和测试的流程。实际工程测试表明,所建立的模型提高了稳定控制工程实施的整体效率。

With the ever-increasing expansion in scale of the power system,the secondary development of stability devices is facing enormous pressure.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the control strategy and proposes a finite-state machine model for strategy table search and match of the standardized stability control device.The control strategy is divided into 6 categories,including the operation mode set,current operation mode,fault state set,control set,transition of operation mode,and strategy table search and match.By building the one-to-one mapping between the 6 elements of control strategy and mealy finite-state machine to form the unified mathematical mode,the standardized expression mode is characterized by clear physical concept and logical relationship,simple expression and good agreement with the actual dynamic process.This will decouple the strategy table from search-and-match,while simplifying the process of software development and testing.Engineering tests show that the state machine model has improved the overall efficiency of the stability control project.
