采用英国ADc公司生产的LCi便携式光合仪测定系统,对4个大棚栽培甜瓜品种的光合参数进行了研究比较。结果表明,供试品种的光合参数品种间差异显著,其中翠玉2号、豫金香的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶肉瞬时羧化效率(Pn/Ci)都较高,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)较低,表现了较好的光合能力,具有较大的高产潜力。
採用英國ADc公司生產的LCi便攜式光閤儀測定繫統,對4箇大棚栽培甜瓜品種的光閤參數進行瞭研究比較。結果錶明,供試品種的光閤參數品種間差異顯著,其中翠玉2號、豫金香的淨光閤速率(Pn)、氣孔導度(Gs)和葉肉瞬時羧化效率(Pn/Ci)都較高,胞間CO2濃度(Ci)較低,錶現瞭較好的光閤能力,具有較大的高產潛力。
채용영국ADc공사생산적LCi편휴식광합의측정계통,대4개대붕재배첨과품충적광합삼수진행료연구비교。결과표명,공시품충적광합삼수품충간차이현저,기중취옥2호、예금향적정광합속솔(Pn)、기공도도(Gs)화협육순시최화효솔(Pn/Ci)도교고,포간CO2농도(Ci)교저,표현료교호적광합능력,구유교대적고산잠력。
The LCi portable photosynthesis system was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics ol 4 melon varieties in Plastic House. The results showed that the diferences of photosynthetic parameters of diferent varieties were distinct. The net photosynthesis rate ( Pn ), stomata1 conductance ( Gs ) and instantaneous carboxylation eficiency ( Pn/Ci ) of Cuiyu No.2 and Yujinxiang were higher than the others,while their intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci ) were lower, So photosynthesis productivity of these varieties behaved better. And their photosynthesis eficiencies were better than that of the others. That is to say, their highyield potential was good.
