近年来，我国农村土地流转呈加速发展趋势，流转步伐的加快，规模的加大加速推进了土地流转。但还存在不少问题，经济的快速发展带来用地需求与供给的矛盾，农村土地流转纠纷不断。通过临泉县范兴集乡衣村土地流转的现状调查，研究了土地流转中存在的诸多问题，并对问题背后深层次的原因进行了探讨。为进一步做好土地流转工作，坚持多种模式流转，以效益优先为原则发展，完善土地流转激励措施，积极培育经营主体，发展地方特色经济，积极推进农业产业化进程，促进农村土地流转的顺利进行提供参考。
