结合北京地铁14号线的工程实例,介绍了在地铁隧道浅埋暗挖法施工中,采用袖阀管进行深孔注浆的成孔工艺、注浆材料、浆液配比、注浆孔布置、注浆压力及注浆量控制等技术要点,通过施作后对治理上层滞水、控制沉降量等方面的效果,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

Combining with Beijing subway No. 14 engineering as an example, the paper introduces the sleeve valve pipe in-depth grouting points including in-depth grouting and forming technology, grouting material, grouting proportion, grouting hole distribution, grouting pressure and grouting quantity control and so on in subway tunnel shallow surface excavation. As a result, it has achieved great effects in governing upper layer backwater and controlling subsidence quantity, which has provide certain reference for similar engineering construction in future.
