According to the design for the plane control measurement scheme of No.1 section of Shanghai-Hangzhou express passenger special line,the paper concludes the network layout can be done first by adopting GPS in the allocation for the high-accuracy GPS control network and linear engineering control network,and the overall adjustment can be integrated,so it is easy to integrate the whole railway coordinates,and it has short period,low measurement cost,high accuracy and strong reliability to have field measurement by adopting the optimal design of the network.
