The paper analyzes the excavation methods for the foundation pit of the neighboring buildings,indicates from the influence from the two construction methods of the foundation pit,points out the methods for the numeric simulation and the field supervision results by adopting FLAC3D software,and undertakes the research on the space effect influence of the foundation pit,so as to achieve the safe,fast and saving effect of the foundation pits and solves the optimization of the construction methods for the foundation pits in neighboring buildings in the area.
