Hydrothermal Synthesis Under Microwave Irradiation Method%Nanobelts%CeO2
本文以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O、CO(NH2)2和PEG4000为原料,利用微波水热法制备出了带状纳米氧化铈颗粒。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行了表征。结果表明:PEG用量为10g/L时,得到了氧化铈纳米带,随着PEG4000浓度的增加,带状结构逐渐消失,当PEG4000为300g/L时,所制备的为规整的球状CeO2。
本文以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O、CO(NH2)2和PEG4000為原料,利用微波水熱法製備齣瞭帶狀納米氧化鈰顆粒。併利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)對其進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明:PEG用量為10g/L時,得到瞭氧化鈰納米帶,隨著PEG4000濃度的增加,帶狀結構逐漸消失,噹PEG4000為300g/L時,所製備的為規整的毬狀CeO2。
본문이Ce(NO3)3·6H2O、CO(NH2)2화PEG4000위원료,이용미파수열법제비출료대상납미양화시과립。병이용X사선연사(XRD)、소묘전경(SEM)대기진행료표정。결과표명:PEG용량위10g/L시,득도료양화시납미대,수착PEG4000농도적증가,대상결구축점소실,당PEG4000위300g/L시,소제비적위규정적구상CeO2。
In this paper, Ce(NO3)3· 6H2O、CO(NH2)2and PEG4000 were used as raw materials, CeOz nanobelts were prepared by the method of hydrothermal synthesis under microwave irradiation. The resultants were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that, cerium oxide nanobelts were prepared when the dosage of PEG4000 was 10 g/L. Along with the concentration of PEG4000 increasing, the ribbon-like structure gradually disappeared. When the concentration of PEG4000 reached 300 g/L, the products were globular CeO2.
