超声波在空气中的传播速度会随着空气温度的变化而变化,利用超声波穿越被测温度场区域的平均速度场,可以重建对应区域的平均温度场。提出了一种易于实现的超声波重建二维温度场的方法,在被测温度场周围布置8个收发一体的超声波传感器,并将被测温度场划分为24个小区间,由超声波通过每个小区间的平均速度值获得各小区间的平均温度,以该温度值作为小区间中心点的温度并进行插值,从而重建整个被测区域的温度场。

The propagation velocity of ultrasonic wave in the air will change with air temperature.Utilizing the average velocity field that the ultrasonic wave goes across the measured temperature field can reconstruct the average temperature field in corresponding region.In the paper,an easy implementing method of reconstructing the two-dimensional temperature field using ultrasonic wave was proposed.The 8 ultrasonic wave sensors with integrated sending and receiving functions were uniformly allocated around the measured temperature field and the measured temperature field is divided into 24 small blocks,so as to get the average speed in each block through which the ultrasonic wave goes,and the average temperature can be obtained based on the average speed.Then,this value is taken as the center temperature of the block and the interpolation work was made,thus,the temperature field of the whole measured region can be reconstructed.
