Shock resistance is an important component of warship survivability. Strengthening shock resistance of warships can not only improve their strike resistance ability but also their survivability and combat ability. This paper introduces basic principles and procedures during the shock resistance design ,and construction technique and the relevant problems that should be considered ,which could provide reference for the further research.
