目的:为了解医学生考试焦虑的现状、学习类型及学习类型与考试焦虑的关系。方法本研究采用Sarason考试焦虑量表( TAS)和所罗门学习风格量表对医学院429名在校生进行问卷调查。结果不同年级之间考试焦虑水平有统计学意义,且2010级与2011级焦虑水平较高,2012级焦虑水平最低,2009级居中;不同性别、是否独生子女、是否城市户口对学生考试焦虑水平无统计学意义。各学习类型中序列型与综合型考试焦虑程度具有统计学意义,序列型学生考试焦虑程度高于综合型。结论医学生考试焦虑已成为影响大学生生活学习的重要不利因素,需要学校、社会、家庭及个人采取有效的方法来缓解并消除这种焦虑情绪。

목적:위료해의학생고시초필적현상、학습류형급학습류형여고시초필적관계。방법본연구채용Sarason고시초필량표( TAS)화소라문학습풍격량표대의학원429명재교생진행문권조사。결과불동년급지간고시초필수평유통계학의의,차2010급여2011급초필수평교고,2012급초필수평최저,2009급거중;불동성별、시부독생자녀、시부성시호구대학생고시초필수평무통계학의의。각학습류형중서렬형여종합형고시초필정도구유통계학의의,서렬형학생고시초필정도고우종합형。결론의학생고시초필이성위영향대학생생활학습적중요불리인소,수요학교、사회、가정급개인채취유효적방법래완해병소제저충초필정서。
Objective To study the status of medical students'test anxiety ,learning style and the relationship between test anxiety and learning style .Methods Sarason Test Anxiety Scale ( TAS) and Solomon Learning Style Scale were used in this study .Four hun-dred and twenty nine medicine students were surveyed by cluster random sampling from different medical specialties .Results The scores of test anxiety among different grades had statistical significance (P<0.05).The test anxiety degrees of the students in grade 2010 and 2011 were the highest, with that of the students in 2012 the lowest and that of the students in 2009 in the middle.The level of test anxiety had no statistical significance in sex ,the registered city resident and the only child (P>0.05).Sequence learning style and integrated learning style had statistical significance .The test anxiety level of students with sequence learning style was higher than those with integrated learning style .Conclusion Test anxiety had an adverse effect on medicine students .Effective measures should be taken to reduce and eliminate the test anxiety by the school , society, family and students themselves .
