目的:探讨脑膜瘤的MRI表现特征,以提高对该病诊断的准确性。方法选取江苏溧阳市中医院14例经手术及病理证实的脑膜瘤患者的临床及MRI资料进行回顾性分析。结果14例患者中肿瘤位于顶部大脑凸面的5例,前颅底3例,后颅底1例,大脑镰旁5例。MRI信号特点:脑膜瘤在T1 WI上6例呈等信号,8例为低信号,其中4例信号不均匀,T2 WI上7例呈稍高信号,3例呈低信号,4例呈混杂信号,信号不均匀的病例可伴有低信号的血管流空新号或囊状高信号。增强后14例病灶均明显强化,其中有4例强化不均匀。8例可见明显脑膜尾征,6例肿瘤周围显示水肿带,5例在病灶周围可见环状低信号。结论 MRI对脑膜瘤的诊断,不仅能提供其在三维空间上的形态、大小和所处位置,并且通过脑膜瘤的特异性MIR信号和征象作出定性诊断,具有重要的临床应用价值。
目的:探討腦膜瘤的MRI錶現特徵,以提高對該病診斷的準確性。方法選取江囌溧暘市中醫院14例經手術及病理證實的腦膜瘤患者的臨床及MRI資料進行迴顧性分析。結果14例患者中腫瘤位于頂部大腦凸麵的5例,前顱底3例,後顱底1例,大腦鐮徬5例。MRI信號特點:腦膜瘤在T1 WI上6例呈等信號,8例為低信號,其中4例信號不均勻,T2 WI上7例呈稍高信號,3例呈低信號,4例呈混雜信號,信號不均勻的病例可伴有低信號的血管流空新號或囊狀高信號。增彊後14例病竈均明顯彊化,其中有4例彊化不均勻。8例可見明顯腦膜尾徵,6例腫瘤週圍顯示水腫帶,5例在病竈週圍可見環狀低信號。結論 MRI對腦膜瘤的診斷,不僅能提供其在三維空間上的形態、大小和所處位置,併且通過腦膜瘤的特異性MIR信號和徵象作齣定性診斷,具有重要的臨床應用價值。
목적:탐토뇌막류적MRI표현특정,이제고대해병진단적준학성。방법선취강소률양시중의원14례경수술급병리증실적뇌막류환자적림상급MRI자료진행회고성분석。결과14례환자중종류위우정부대뇌철면적5례,전로저3례,후로저1례,대뇌렴방5례。MRI신호특점:뇌막류재T1 WI상6례정등신호,8례위저신호,기중4례신호불균균,T2 WI상7례정초고신호,3례정저신호,4례정혼잡신호,신호불균균적병례가반유저신호적혈관류공신호혹낭상고신호。증강후14례병조균명현강화,기중유4례강화불균균。8례가견명현뇌막미정,6례종류주위현시수종대,5례재병조주위가견배상저신호。결론 MRI대뇌막류적진단,불부능제공기재삼유공간상적형태、대소화소처위치,병차통과뇌막류적특이성MIR신호화정상작출정성진단,구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective To study the character of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of meningoma.Method Retrospective analysis on the clinical and MRI data of 14 cases of meningoma patients who were conifrmed by surgery and pathology.Results For 14 cases, meningoma of 5 cases is available at top cerebra convexity; That of 3 cases, front skull base; That of 1 case, back skull base; And that of 5 cases, falx cerebri. All cases are those with single lesion. Character of MRI signal: Equation and slight low signal were dominant for meningoma with T1WI. Thereinto, 6 cases show equation signal; 6 cases, low signal; 4 cases, unequal signal with lfake or vesica-type low signal image; And 5 cases, loop low signal around the lesion. Regarding meningoma with T2WI, 7 cases show slightly high signal; 3 cases, low signal, and 4 cases, mixed signals, with low-signal blood vessel lfow void image and vesica-type high signal image. After enhancement 14 cases of lesion were obviously enhanced. However, 4 cases saw unequal reinforcement; 8 cases, apparent dural tail sign, and 6 cases, oedema section around the tumor.Conclusion Diagnosis on meningoma by MRI could not only show shape, size and location in a three-dimensional perspective, but also give judgement by virtue of typical MRI signal and tail signal, which plays an important role in clinical application.
