84种成品卷烟按照中式烤烟型、中式混合型、英式烤烟型、日式混合型和美式混合型分为5类对17种常见游离氨基酸进行分析。氨基酸总量的分布趋势与蛋白质含量基本相同,8种检出氨基酸(除脯氨酸外)呈正相关。天门冬酰胺、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、组氨酸、脯氨酸和苯丙氨酸在主成分分析中占有主要的信息量,并能使中式烤烟型卷烟实现较好的分离。中式混合型卷烟在氨基酸的含量上可分为2组,天门冬氨酸、天门冬酰胺、谷氨酸、脯氨酸与组氨酸在2组中的含量差异显著。成品烟中氨基酸的含量差异主要是由于配方不同,中式烤烟型因国产烤烟比例较高因而与其他4种类型的卷烟具有明显的差异性。
84種成品捲煙按照中式烤煙型、中式混閤型、英式烤煙型、日式混閤型和美式混閤型分為5類對17種常見遊離氨基痠進行分析。氨基痠總量的分佈趨勢與蛋白質含量基本相同,8種檢齣氨基痠(除脯氨痠外)呈正相關。天門鼕酰胺、穀氨痠、天門鼕氨痠、組氨痠、脯氨痠和苯丙氨痠在主成分分析中佔有主要的信息量,併能使中式烤煙型捲煙實現較好的分離。中式混閤型捲煙在氨基痠的含量上可分為2組,天門鼕氨痠、天門鼕酰胺、穀氨痠、脯氨痠與組氨痠在2組中的含量差異顯著。成品煙中氨基痠的含量差異主要是由于配方不同,中式烤煙型因國產烤煙比例較高因而與其他4種類型的捲煙具有明顯的差異性。

17 kinds of free amino acids are analyzed in 84 kinds of tobacco products according to the classification of Chinese flue-cured type cigarette, Chinese blended type cigarette, British flue-cured type cigarette, Japanese blended type cigarette and American blended type cigarette. Distribution of total amino acids in the five kinds of tobacco products has the same trend with total protein content, and 8 kinds of amino acids except proline are positively related. Principal components analysis demonstrates that the divisive amino acids, which could distinguished Chinese flue-cured type cigarette from the other four kinds of tobacco products, are aspartic acid, asparagine, glutamic acid, proline and histidine. Chinese blended type cigarettes are divided into two groups in which the contents of aspartic acid, asparagine, glutamic acid, proline and histidine have significant difference. Difference of amino acids content in tobacco products is mainly caused by tobacco leaf formulation, which is also the reason why Chinese flue-cure type cigarette is clearly distinguished with the other four kinds of tobacco products.
