以整个供应链成本最低为目标,引入模糊数学工具探讨了由一个材料供应商、一个制造商、一个分销商和一个零售商组成的四级供应链协调问题,得到了链上成员面对模糊需求的最优决策表达式。通过数值分析,表明模糊环境下,让利转付方式可以实现链上各成员间库存的协调,能够有效降低供应链总成本。

In this paper, we introduced the tool of fuzzy mathematics into the coordination of the four-echelon supply chain consisting of one material supplier, one manufacturer, one distributor and one retailer and obtained the mathematical expression of the optimal decision of the supply chain members when facing fuzzy demand. Then through a numerical analysis, we found that within the fuzzy environment, profit concession and flexible payment could coordinate the inventory of the supply chain members and effectively reduce total supply chain cost.
