箱体作为减速器组件的关键元件,其切削加工性能对最终减速器的使用性能具有重要影响,其中配合面和密封面的加工最为重要。以某二级齿轮减速器箱体零件作为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件Deform 3D对其轴承配合面的镗削精加工过程进行模拟仿真,分析了箱体镗削加工过程中切屑的形成、切削力大小、工件的温度分布、应力应变等加工性能参数的变化情况。研究结果为实际箱体类零件的切削加工提供参考。
箱體作為減速器組件的關鍵元件,其切削加工性能對最終減速器的使用性能具有重要影響,其中配閤麵和密封麵的加工最為重要。以某二級齒輪減速器箱體零件作為研究對象,運用有限元分析軟件Deform 3D對其軸承配閤麵的鏜削精加工過程進行模擬倣真,分析瞭箱體鏜削加工過程中切屑的形成、切削力大小、工件的溫度分佈、應力應變等加工性能參數的變化情況。研究結果為實際箱體類零件的切削加工提供參攷。

As key element of retarder assembly , box body's cutting performance has an important influ-ence on the final using performance of retarder , among which the mating surface and sealing surface machining are most important .Taking boring processing of a two-leveled gear retarder box body parts as a research tar-get, the Deform 3D, which is a metal cutting finite element software , was used to simulate the boring finishing process of bearing mating surface of the box body .And chip formation , cutting force , the temperature distribu-tion of workpiece , stress and strain and other processing performance parameters were simulated and analyzed . The analysis results obtained would provide a reference for actual body parts machining .
