利用夹点技术,对某炼厂550万吨/年常减压装置的换热网络进行了优化研究。通过EXCLE电子表格法求解问题表,计算得到ΔTmin,使换热网络获得最小冷热公用工程。同时将解题表法所求夹点与Aspen Energy Analysis软件所求夹点进行对比。比较结果表明解题表法所求夹点准确可靠。通过优化,原油换后终温从299.5℃提高到308℃,每年能节省燃料约3436.82吨。

This paper used the pinch technology to optimize a 5.5 million t/a CDU heat exchange network of a refinery. The ΔTmin is calculated by applying the EXCLE table method to solve the problem table, which can minimize the heat exchange network for hot and cold utilities. The pinch obtained by solving problem table method is compared with that obtained by aspen energy analysis software, whose result shows that the problem table solving method for pinch is accurate and reliable. The optimized heat exchange network can increase the crude oil temperature from 299.5℃to 308℃, which can reduce the fuel about 3436.82 t/a.
