目的:分析本院门诊药房常见药患纠纷,提出解决对策减少药患纠纷的发生。方法归纳、分析门诊药房药患纠纷发生的主要原因。结果和结论加强门诊药房内部管理及医院管理,提供全方位高质量的药学服务来防范药患纠纷。

목적:분석본원문진약방상견약환규분,제출해결대책감소약환규분적발생。방법귀납、분석문진약방약환규분발생적주요원인。결과화결론가강문진약방내부관리급의원관리,제공전방위고질량적약학복무래방범약환규분。
Objective To find out measures to reduce disputes between pharmacists and patients by the analysis of the cause of disputes .Method The causes of disputes were summed up and analyzed .Results &Conclusion We should strengthen the internal management of outpatient pharmacy and improve comprehensive service quality in pharmacy department .
