Kunlun Chrysanthemum%total flavonoids%polyamide resin%purification
目的:优选聚酰胺树脂分离纯化昆仑雪菊总黄酮的工艺条件。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,研究在静态和动态条件下,聚酰胺树脂吸附和洗脱总黄酮的行为,筛选出聚酰胺树脂精制雪菊总黄酮的最优工艺参数。结果雪菊总黄酮最佳纯化工艺条件为:60~100目聚酰胺对雪菊总黄酮吸附与解吸较好;清洗液最佳 pH 值为5;乙醇用量为11倍柱体积;乙醇浓度为70%,在该纯化条件下,总黄酮纯度由粗提物22.56%提高到68.04%。结论聚酰胺树脂对雪菊总黄酮的纯化效果好,成本低,可工业化推广。

목적:우선취선알수지분리순화곤륜설국총황동적공예조건。방법채용자외분광광도법,이총황동함량위고찰지표,연구재정태화동태조건하,취선알수지흡부화세탈총황동적행위,사선출취선알수지정제설국총황동적최우공예삼수。결과설국총황동최가순화공예조건위:60~100목취선알대설국총황동흡부여해흡교호;청세액최가 pH 치위5;을순용량위11배주체적;을순농도위70%,재해순화조건하,총황동순도유조제물22.56%제고도68.04%。결론취선알수지대설국총황동적순화효과호,성본저,가공업화추엄。
Objective To optimize purification technique for total flavonoids from Kunlun Chrysanthemum by polyamide resin .Methods With the content of total flavonoids as index ,by using UV spectrophotome‐try ,adsorption and elution pattern of polyamide resin for total flavonoids was investigated under static and dynamic conditions ,and selected optimum technique parameters of purification technology for total fla ‐vonoids by polyamide resin .Results The best parameters for separating the total flavonoids of Kunlun Chrysanthemum :Adsorption and desorption abilities of 60 ~ 100 mech polyamide for total flavonoids were the best of the three polyamides ;Optimum pH value of the cleaning liquid 5 ;the amount of ethanol is 11 column volumes ;ethanol concentration of 70% .Under the purification condition ,the content of total fla‐vonoids could reach 68 .04% from 22 .56% .Conclusion Because of the good effect and low cost ,Polyamide resin for purification of total flavonoids Kunlun Chrysanthemum can be widely used in practice .
