目的:探讨 Mdm2与 p53在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用 RT‐PCR 法检测48例新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织及其配对的正常远端无癌组织中 Mdm2和 p53的表达,分析其表达与肿瘤分化、TNM 分期、临床分期、淋巴结转移的关系。结果新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中 Mdm2与 p53的阳性表达率(68.75%、77.1%)与癌旁正常组织(66.7%、72.9%)差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。 p53的表达随肿瘤分期进展呈降低趋势,其差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 Mdm2阳性表达强度与 p53的阳性表达呈正相关(r =0.809, P<0.05)。结论 Mdm2的高表达和 p53的低表达伴随新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌的发生,二者在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌的发生发展中起协同作用。
目的:探討 Mdm2與 p53在新疆哈薩剋族食管鱗癌中的錶達及臨床意義。方法應用 RT‐PCR 法檢測48例新疆哈薩剋族食管鱗癌組織及其配對的正常遠耑無癌組織中 Mdm2和 p53的錶達,分析其錶達與腫瘤分化、TNM 分期、臨床分期、淋巴結轉移的關繫。結果新疆哈薩剋族食管鱗癌組織中 Mdm2與 p53的暘性錶達率(68.75%、77.1%)與癌徬正常組織(66.7%、72.9%)差異無統計學意義(P >0.05)。 p53的錶達隨腫瘤分期進展呈降低趨勢,其差異有統計學意義(P <0.05)。 Mdm2暘性錶達彊度與 p53的暘性錶達呈正相關(r =0.809, P<0.05)。結論 Mdm2的高錶達和 p53的低錶達伴隨新疆哈薩剋族食管鱗癌的髮生,二者在新疆哈薩剋族食管鱗癌的髮生髮展中起協同作用。
목적:탐토 Mdm2여 p53재신강합살극족식관린암중적표체급림상의의。방법응용 RT‐PCR 법검측48례신강합살극족식관린암조직급기배대적정상원단무암조직중 Mdm2화 p53적표체,분석기표체여종류분화、TNM 분기、림상분기、림파결전이적관계。결과신강합살극족식관린암조직중 Mdm2여 p53적양성표체솔(68.75%、77.1%)여암방정상조직(66.7%、72.9%)차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。 p53적표체수종류분기진전정강저추세,기차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。 Mdm2양성표체강도여 p53적양성표체정정상관(r =0.809, P<0.05)。결론 Mdm2적고표체화 p53적저표체반수신강합살극족식관린암적발생,이자재신강합살극족식관린암적발생발전중기협동작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of Mdm2 and p53 in Xinjiang Kazaks’ esophageal squa‐mous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and analyze its clinicopathological significance .Methods A total of 48 Xin‐jiang Kazaks ESCC specimens were involved in the study .Matched normal esophageal mucosal tissues were used as controls .The expression of Mdm2 and p53 was detected by RT‐PCR .The correlation of Mdm2 and p53 with the development and progression of ESCC was then analyzed .Results The positive expression rates of Mdm2 and p53(68 .75% ,77 .1% ) had no significant difference with those in normal esophageal mu‐cosal tissues (66 .7% ,72 .9% ) (P = 0 .827 ,P = 0 .637 ,P < 0 .05) .With the development of ESCC ,the ex‐pression of p53 decreased and it had significant difference (P = 0 .048 ,P < 0 .05) .The expression of Mdm2 was positively correlated with that of p53 (r = 0 .809 ,P = 0 .000 ,P < 0 .05) .Conclusion The high expres‐sion of Mdm2 and low expression of p53 work in the development of ESCC .
