目的：探讨细节护理对手外伤患者的应用价值。方法：将140例手外伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者入住手外1病区，对照组患者入住手外2病区，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施细节护理。分别在入院第4天比较2组患者焦虑、恐惧、忧郁等心理状况及护理满意率。结果：观察组焦虑、恐惧、忧郁等心理状况改善优于对照组(P＜0.05），护理满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05）。结论：细节护理能明显减轻手外伤患者心理状况，提高护理满意率。
목적：탐토세절호리대수외상환자적응용개치。방법：장140례수외상환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조환자입주수외1병구，대조조환자입주수외2병구，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재차기출상실시세절호리。분별재입원제4천비교2조환자초필、공구、우욱등심리상황급호리만의솔。결과：관찰조초필、공구、우욱등심리상황개선우우대조조(P＜0.05），호리만의솔고우대조조(P＜0.05）。결론：세절호리능명현감경수외상환자심리상황，제고호리만의솔。
Objective:To explore the value of detailed care for the patients with hand injury. Method:All 140 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were hospitalized in the first ward of hand injury and given with detailed care, the ones in the control group in the second ward of hand injury and routine care, satisfactory rate and psychological states including anxiety, fear and depression were compared at the fourth day after hospitalization respectively. Result: The improvements of psychological states including anxiety, fear, depression and others in the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P<0.05), satisfactory rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Detailed care could obviously alleviate psychological states of the patients suffering from hand injury and improve nursing satisfactory rate.
