目的：观察头电针治疗中风的临床疗效。方法：将288例患者随机分为观察组及对照组各144例，观察组主要以焦氏头针区为主，参考靳三针，结合电针治疗；体针组主要采用传统针刺法。观察并比较2组治疗效果。结果：总有效率观察组为96.52%，对照组为82.64%，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：采用头电针治疗中风效果显著，且具有取穴少而精、方便实用、疗效确切等优点。
목적：관찰두전침치료중풍적림상료효。방법：장288례환자수궤분위관찰조급대조조각144례，관찰조주요이초씨두침구위주，삼고근삼침，결합전침치료；체침조주요채용전통침자법。관찰병비교2조치료효과。결과：총유효솔관찰조위96.52%，대조조위82.64%，2조비교차이현저(P＜0.05)。결론：채용두전침치료중풍효과현저，차구유취혈소이정、방편실용、료효학절등우점。
Objective:To survey therapeutic effects of scalp electric acupuncture in the treatment for apoplexy. Method:All 288 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group equally. The patients in the observation group were mainly treated by electric acupuncture in Jiao's scalp needling region according to Jin's three acupoints;the control group accepted traditional needling. Curative effects of both groups were compared and ob-served. Result:Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.52%, higher than 82.64%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Scalp electric acupuncture could obtain notable effects in treating apoplexy, and the therapy shows the advantages of less but essential acupoints, being convenient, practicable and ef-fective.
