目的：建立电化学发光法测定血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）和癌胚抗原（CEA）在兰州地区健康人群的参考值。方法：通过Roche E411电化学发光分析仪进行血清AFP和CEA检测，采用SPSS16.0建立本实验室95%可信区间。结果：兰州地区健康人群血清中AFP、CEA结果呈正态分布，男性与女性之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。正常人群AFP参考范围为0～4.33 IU/mL；CEA＞61岁为0～4.33 ng/mL，＜61岁为0～3.07 ng/mL。结论：兰州地区健康人群AFP参考范围为＜4.33 IU/mL；CEA＞61岁为＜4.33 ng/ml，＜61岁为＜3.07 ng/mL。
목적：건립전화학발광법측정혈청갑태단백（AFP）화암배항원（CEA）재란주지구건강인군적삼고치。방법：통과Roche E411전화학발광분석의진행혈청AFP화CEA검측，채용SPSS16.0건립본실험실95%가신구간。결과：란주지구건강인군혈청중AFP、CEA결과정정태분포，남성여녀성지간차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。정상인군AFP삼고범위위0～4.33 IU/mL；CEA＞61세위0～4.33 ng/mL，＜61세위0～3.07 ng/mL。결론：란주지구건강인군AFP삼고범위위＜4.33 IU/mL；CEA＞61세위＜4.33 ng/ml，＜61세위＜3.07 ng/mL。
Objective:To establish normal reference ranges of AFP and CEA for healthy people in Lanzhou by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLI). Method: AFP and CEA in the serum were detected with Roche E411 electrochemiluminescence analyzer, 95%confidence intervals were found by SPSS16.0. Result:the results of AFP and CEA in the serum of healthy people showed normal distribution in Lanzhou, there was no statistical mean-ing between male and female (P>0.05). AFP reference range of normal people was from 0 to 4.33 IU/mL;CEA of the people above 61 years was between 0 and 4.33 ng/mL, the range of the people under 61 years was between 0 and 3.07 ng/mL. Conclusion:AFP normal reference range of healthy people in Lanzhou is less than 4.33 IU/mL;CEA normal reference range in the people above 61 years is 4.33 ng/mL, and less than 3.07 ng/mL for the people under 61 years.
