后师范教育时代,学前教师教育层次结构仍然以中等职业学校为主体。这种中职培养学前教育教师的格局导致招生分数太低,教育过程变形,质量力不从心,与教师专业化要求不相适应。分析表明,无论是数量结构还是学历层次都预示着变革学前教师教育治理结构存在可能。大学化、专业化、标准化是学前教师教育治理结构变革的客观路向。

In the post-normal era of education, the secondary vocational school is still the main organization for preschool teachers' training. The current situation results in lowered admissions standards and greatly simplified teaching process, which makes the preschool teacher education fail to meet the requirements of professional teachers. According to the analyses of the needs of the quantity and quality of the teachers, there is a possibility of a reform of the mechanism of the preschool teacher education. It is an objective tendency that the governance structure of the preschool teacher education will be transferred to universities, making it specialized and standardized.
