目的：降低理疗部位数未落实率，促进理疗护理质量持续改进。方法：开展品管圈活动，分析导致理疗部位数未落实的原因。结果：增强了圈员发现问题、解决问题的能力，增强了护理人员运用品管圈手法、幸福感、责任感、协调能力、自信心、凝聚力、积极性等，使理疗部位数未落实率由改善前的13.55%下降到改善后的4.54%，改善幅度达66.49%，经济利益上升51.12%。结论：通过开展品管圈活动，降低了理疗部位数未落实率，提高了圈员的工作积极性。

목적：강저리료부위수미락실솔，촉진리료호리질량지속개진。방법：개전품관권활동，분석도치리료부위수미락실적원인。결과：증강료권원발현문제、해결문제적능력，증강료호리인원운용품관권수법、행복감、책임감、협조능력、자신심、응취력、적겁성등，사리료부위수미락실솔유개선전적13.55%하강도개선후적4.54%，개선폭도체66.49%，경제이익상승51.12%。결론：통과개전품관권활동，강저료리료부위수미락실솔，제고료권원적공작적겁성。
Objective:To reduce the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number to continuously improve the quality of physiotherapy nursing.Methods:The Quality Control Circle (QCC) activity was carried out to analyze the cause of the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number.Results:It could enhance the members’ ability to find and solve problems,strengthen the nursing staff’s technique of using QCC,senses of well-being and responsibility,coordination ability,self-confidence,cohesiveness and enthusiasm,etc.It could also decrease the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number from 13.55%before improvement to 4.54%after that,the improving rate being 66.49%and the economic benefit up by 51.12%.Conclusion:By QCC activity,the unimplemented rate of physiotherapy part number reduced and the working enthusiasm of the members was improved.
