目的：通过回顾分析，探讨中医药干预对SLE患者生存率的影响，以及相关因素的影响分析，对中医药治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效优势做出总结。方法：366例系统性红斑狼疮患者，经过中医药干预治疗后的回顾分析，运用相关统计学的方法得出相应的结果。结果：系统性红斑狼疮患者5年、10年、15年、20年生存率分别占98%、95%、94%、91%。中药服用年限与各疾病活动组、病程年限、脏器损害的情况：轻、重度活动组及中、重度活动组患者所占比例比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者病程的年限与中药服用年限的关系之间存在线性关系（P<0.05）；肾脏系统是否受累与中药服药年限的均值之间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；服用中药达10年以上的患者群体中，非肾脏系统损害的患者所占比例明显高于肾脏损害组（P<0.05）。结论：中药干预治疗的系统性红斑狼疮患者，总体5年、10年、15年、20年生存率高于国内的报道，与欧美发达国家比较，在中、长期的生存率上优势明显；长期的中药干预治疗，在控制疾病活动、延长生存期，具有积极影响作用。
목적：통과회고분석，탐토중의약간예대SLE환자생존솔적영향，이급상관인소적영향분석，대중의약치료계통성홍반랑창적료효우세주출총결。방법：366례계통성홍반랑창환자，경과중의약간예치료후적회고분석，운용상관통계학적방법득출상응적결과。결과：계통성홍반랑창환자5년、10년、15년、20년생존솔분별점98%、95%、94%、91%。중약복용년한여각질병활동조、병정년한、장기손해적정황：경、중도활동조급중、중도활동조환자소점비례비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；환자병정적년한여중약복용년한적관계지간존재선성관계（P<0.05）；신장계통시부수루여중약복약년한적균치지간비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；복용중약체10년이상적환자군체중，비신장계통손해적환자소점비례명현고우신장손해조（P<0.05）。결론：중약간예치료적계통성홍반랑창환자，총체5년、10년、15년、20년생존솔고우국내적보도，여구미발체국가비교，재중、장기적생존솔상우세명현；장기적중약간예치료，재공제질병활동、연장생존기，구유적겁영향작용。
Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervention on the survival rate of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and the analysis of related factors,the advantages of the TCM in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus were summed. Methods:366 cases with systemic lupus erythematosus were retrospectively analyzed after the treatment of TCM intervention,and relevant statistic methods were used to draw the corresponding conclusion.Results:The survival rates of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus for 5 years,10 years,15 years and 20 year were respectively 98%,95%,94%and 91%.The relationship between the time limit of taking TCM,each disease activity group,the disease course and the organ damage situation was as follows:the difference of the proportion between the light,severe activity groups and the moderate,severe active groups was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);there existed a linear relationship between the time limit of disease course and that of the taking TCM(P<0.05);the difference between kidney involvement or not and the mean of TCM taking time was statistically significant (P<0.05).Among patients taking the medicine for more than 10 years,the proportion of those with non-renal damage was signiifcantly higher than that of those with renal damage group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The survival rates of patients treated with TCM intervention,surviving for 5 years,10 years,15 years and 20 years,were higher than those reported at home,having obvious advantages on the middle and long-term survival rate over those of the developed countries in Europe and America.Long-term TCM intervention had positive influences on the aspects of the control of diseases and extending survival time.
