氧分压一直是影响烧结矿质量的重要因素.通过控制不同氧分压进行的烧结实验结果表明:在氧化性气氛下,生成的矿物主要有赤铁矿和铁酸钙,出现了针状铁酸钙晶形.氧分压从7.10×10-4至7.89×10-5 Pa 时,矿物组成区别不大,只是在局部产生少量的磁铁矿.氧分压从4.44×10-5 Pa 开始,赤铁矿明显减少而磁铁矿增加.在高碱度烧结矿中,为了获得合理的烧结矿矿物组成与形态结构,氧分压应控制在2.12×104~7.10×10-4 Pa之间.
氧分壓一直是影響燒結礦質量的重要因素.通過控製不同氧分壓進行的燒結實驗結果錶明:在氧化性氣氛下,生成的礦物主要有赤鐵礦和鐵痠鈣,齣現瞭針狀鐵痠鈣晶形.氧分壓從7.10×10-4至7.89×10-5 Pa 時,礦物組成區彆不大,隻是在跼部產生少量的磁鐵礦.氧分壓從4.44×10-5 Pa 開始,赤鐵礦明顯減少而磁鐵礦增加.在高堿度燒結礦中,為瞭穫得閤理的燒結礦礦物組成與形態結構,氧分壓應控製在2.12×104~7.10×10-4 Pa之間.

Oxygen partial pressure has important effect on the sintering process of iron ores. Sintering experiments were carried out in different atmosphere conditions. It is found that the mineral composition of the sinter is mainly hematite and calcium ferrite, and acicular calcium ferrite appears in a stronger oxidation atmosphere. No obvious difference in mineral composition while the oxygen partial pressure is in the range of 7.10×10-4 to 7.89×10-5 Pa, but magnetite appears in local region. When the oxygen partial pressure decreases from 4.44×10-5 Pa, magnetite obviously increases but hematite simultaneously decreases. To achieve an appropriate mineral composition and structure of high basicity sinter, the oxygen partial pressure should be controlled in the range of 2.12×104 to 7.10×10-4 Pa.
