目的：了解当前高血压病患者知晓率、控制率的状况，探讨心理因素对高血压病患者知晓率、控制率的影响。方法：对723例本院2011-2012年的门、急诊的高血压病患者，按文化程度分为小学以下、中学、大学以上三组，按年龄分组28-40岁、40-60岁、60以上三组，调查高血压病的知晓情况、社会心理及高血压控制状况，并统计分析。结果：高血压病患者不同文化程度和不同年龄的知晓率不同，不同文化程度以及不同年龄组的血压控制程度都有不同，文化程度高的血压控制率较好，高龄者相对较低。患者心理因素对血压的控制在各年龄组有显著性差异 P<0.01。结论：知晓率、控制率与文化程度的高低呈正相关，与年龄的高低呈负相关。患者心理因素与文化程度的高低呈正相关。在不同年龄段，中年患者的心理因素最严重。因此，临床中对高血压患者在药物治疗的同时，给予心理护理，提高控制率。

목적：료해당전고혈압병환자지효솔、공제솔적상황，탐토심리인소대고혈압병환자지효솔、공제솔적영향。방법：대723례본원2011-2012년적문、급진적고혈압병환자，안문화정도분위소학이하、중학、대학이상삼조，안년령분조28-40세、40-60세、60이상삼조，조사고혈압병적지효정황、사회심리급고혈압공제상황，병통계분석。결과：고혈압병환자불동문화정도화불동년령적지효솔불동，불동문화정도이급불동년령조적혈압공제정도도유불동，문화정도고적혈압공제솔교호，고령자상대교저。환자심리인소대혈압적공제재각년령조유현저성차이 P<0.01。결론：지효솔、공제솔여문화정도적고저정정상관，여년령적고저정부상관。환자심리인소여문화정도적고저정정상관。재불동년령단，중년환자적심리인소최엄중。인차，림상중대고혈압환자재약물치료적동시，급여심리호리，제고공제솔。
Objective:To explore the awareness rate and control rate of hypertension in hypertension patients and to analyze the psychological effects on these two rates. Method:Randomly select 723 hypertension patients in the emergency and outpatient departments of hospital between 2011 and 2012. Based on education level, this group is divided into three groups, which are graduates of primary school, middle or high school and col eges. Furthermore, the group is divided based on age as wel;the first group is between 28 and 40 years old, the second group is between 40 and 60 years old, and the third group is older than 60 years old. For each group, col ect the date of the influence of awareness rate, control rate and psychology on hypertension patients, and have statistical analysis on the data.Result:Hypertension patients with different education levels and ages had different awareness rate of the disease. The awareness rates in patients graduated from primary school, middle or high school and col ege were ,respectively,.Different education levels also contribute to different control levels of blood pressure;Furthermore, the psychological impact of control level was increased when the education level is higher;A high degree of culture bet er blood pressure control rate, The elderly are relatively low. Control of the psychological factor on blood pressure have significant differences in different age groups P<0.01, therefore, there were significant differences.Conclusion:There is a positive linear relationship between education level and awareness and control rates of hypertension. However, the relationship between ages has negative linear relationship. The psychological impact on the patients is positively correlated with education level. In different age groups, the most significant psychological impact is on middle age patients. Therefore, the combination of clinical and psychological treatments can improve the control rate of hypertension.
