在模拟生理条件下,利用荧光光谱和紫外吸收光分析了红藤水提取液中活性组分和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的作用,探讨了其作用机理。结果表明,红藤活性组分对BSA有荧光静态猝灭作用。红藤活性组分与BSA在温度24℃和37℃下的结合常数分别为8.10×104、3.18×103 L·mol-1,结合位点数为1。由反应过程热力学参数△G<0、△H<0和△S<0,可推断红藤活性组分与BSA相互作用力主要为氢键和范德华力,反应过程为自发放热过程。

The interaction principle between Sargentodoxa cuneata (SD) extraction and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) in physiological buffer (pH 7.4) was investigated by fluorescence spectrum and ultra-violet absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the active components of Sargentodoxa cuneata (SD) extraction provided a static fluorescence quenching procedure. The binding constant of SD extraction and BSA at 24 ℃ and 37 ℃ were 8.10×104 and 3.18×103 L·mol-1 respectively, and the binding site on BSA for SD active components was 1. The thermodynamic parameters of the interaction were △G<0,△H<0 and △S<0, which indicated that the binding of SD extraction and BSA was mainly driven by hydrogen bond and Van der Waals force, and the reaction performed a Spontaneous exothermic process.
