结合唐山龙亿公司聚羧酸减水剂复配工艺需求开发了基于S7-300 PLC的控制系统,该系统采用模糊控制算法与PID控制算法实现对反应釜温度和物料滴加流量的准确控制,利用 WinCC 组态软件设计上位机界面便于操作和集中监控,通过合理地选择控制模块与执行器降低了工程成本。最终产品测试结果表明:减水剂的流动性稳定地控制在315 mm左右,流动性能提高了16.67%。

Combined with polycarboxylate-type water reducers compounded process demand of TangShan LongYi company. A control system based on the S7-300 PLC is developed, the fuzzy control and PID control algorithm have been used, and the accurate control of the reactor temperature and material adding rate is realized. Configuration software WinCC is adopted in the design of upper unit interface to make the operation and monitor easily. The engineering cost is reduced by the proposed control modules and actuators. The test results show that the final product:the flow of water reducing agent control in about 315 mm stably. The flow properties improved 16.67%.
