针对漂白温度控制系统具有纯滞后、模型参数不稳定的特点,在传统的史密斯控制的基础上,结合模糊控制方法,设计了Fuzzy-Smith控制器。该方法利用了Smith预估控制来克服系统纯滞后的特点,也利用了模糊控制对模型参数要求不精确的特性。仿真结果表明:该控制算法具有很强的鲁棒性,有效地抑制了大滞后的影响,对参数变化具有很强的适应性,能够较好地实现对漂白温度的控制。

Aimed at large time-delay and parameters instability characteristics of the bleaching temperature control system, with the conventional Smith controller and the Fuzzy control theory, the Fuzzy-Smith controller is designed. This method takes the advantage of Smith predictive control for conquering a large time-delay and Fuzzy control for achieving perfect control result in inaccurate parameters model. Simulation result shows that the algorithm has the following advantages:strong robustness, efifcient achievement of inhibiting the large time-delay, good adaptabilities for various in the parameters. This approach obtains preeminent control performance to bleaching temperature control system.
