研究了绿微康打浆酶LPK-CR616E应用于竹浆打浆的最佳工艺和使用效果。当打浆酶用量150m g/k g绝干浆、水浴温度50℃、p H7.0、作用时间60m i n、揉搓时间间隔10m i n时,作用效果最好。L P K-C R616E应用于竹浆打浆时,能增加纤维的保留长度,提高纤维的分丝帚化程度,能够提高成纸强度,且节能效果显著(达到相同打浆度时,可节约能耗20%)。

The optimal process and the effect of Leveking LPK-CR616E for bamboo pulp beating were studied. The best effect was under the conditions of enzyme dosage 150mg/kg o.d. pulp, water bath temperature of 50℃, pH 7.0, reacting time 60min and kneading time 10min. The application of LPK-CR616E in the beating of bamboo pulp can increase the conserved length; improve ifber brooming and paper strength, with the remarkable energy-saving effect (energy consumption reduced by 20 percent).
