研究了阳离子环糊精聚合物(C-CDP)作为固着剂在控制废纸浆DCS的作用,结果表明其对溶解物质和胶体物质具有很好的去除效果,当用量为1%时,浊度、阳离子需求量和COD分别减少了98.67%、93%和48.17%。研究了C-CDP/CPAM/MMT体系在控制废纸浆DCS的协同作用,结果表明:C-CDP/CPAM/MMT三元体系对控制废纸浆DCS具有很好的协同作用,在C-CDP用量0.2%、CPAM用量0.1%、MMT用量0.2%时,废纸浆的Zeta电位绝对值逐渐减小,滤水性能提高45.06%,电导率下降约4.57%,阳离子需求量和浊度显著下降。

The controlling effect of dissolved and colloidal substances in pulp from waste paper with a cationic cyclodextrin polymer as a ifxing agent was studied. The results show that have better removal effect on dissolved substances and colloidal substances, when the dosage is 1%, the turbidity, cationic demand and COD decreased by 98.67%, 98.67% and 98.67% respectively. The synergy of tripple system which composed of cationic cyclodextrin polymer(C-CDP), cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM), sodium bentonite(MMT) on controlling dissolved and colloidal substances was studied. The results show that C-CDP/CPAM/MMT triple system have better synergy on controlling dissolved and colloidal substances, when C-CDP dosage is 0.2%, CPAM is 0.1%, MMT dosage is 0.2%, the absolute value of Zeta potential of waste paper pulp was decreased, filtering performance is increased by 45.06%, the conductivity decreased 4.57%, the cationic demand and turbidity were signiifcant reduction.
