随着医院医疗、科教、研究的增加，病案统计也随之越来越重要。病案管理、医疗统计在医院是不被重视的科室，因为病案统计工作不能体现出为医院赢得的经济效益，但病案管理和统计工作却在医院的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。本文在分析医院病案统计在医院管理中价值的基础上，阐述了病案与统计的概念及相互关系，探讨了医院病案统计工作所存在的问题及解决的有效途径，希望在新形势下能够实现病案统计的现代化管理。

Along with the increase of medical, education, research hospital, medical record statistic becomes more and more important. Medical records management, medical statistics is not being important department in the hospital, because the medical record statistical work can not be reflected as the hospital win economic benefits, but the medical record management and statistical work was in the hospital development and play a decisive role. Based on the analysis of the value of hospital medical records in the hospital management, expounds the concept of medical records and statistics and the relationship between them, and discusses the existing hospital medical record statistical work and the ef ective way to solve the problem, hope that modern management can realize the statistics in the new situation.
