Public art plays an important role in improving the quality of urban living environment. In this article, the author from the three levels of construction, management and culture to analysis of the public art situation of Chinese city and put f-orward the considerations and suggestions so as to provide re-ference value and significance of creating the public space en-vironment and building the city brand image.
