2013年4月我们收治了1例穿过外伤致钢管穿通左鼻翼、鼻中隔、右鼻侧壁、右上颌窦后外侧壁至翼腭窝患者，取出异物后在鼻内镜辅助下恢复解剖结构、清创缝合，患者伤口愈合良好、痊愈出院，随访未出现鼻腔狭窄、鼻中隔穿孔等并发症。
2013년4월아문수치료1례천과외상치강관천통좌비익、비중격、우비측벽、우상합두후외측벽지익악와환자，취출이물후재비내경보조하회복해부결구、청창봉합，환자상구유합량호、전유출원，수방미출현비강협착、비중격천공등병발증。
