目的：浅析门诊内脏出血患者误诊误治导致医疗纠纷的经验教训。方法回顾性分析我院自2003年6月~2013年6月因误诊误治而导致医疗纠纷的33例临床资料。结果本组死亡9例，其余24例治愈出院，但全部病例均发生医疗纠纷，并作了不同数额的经济赔偿。结论及时、正确、早期诊断并及治疗，才能减少误诊，减少医疗纠纷，保护患者正常的生命安全。
目的：淺析門診內髒齣血患者誤診誤治導緻醫療糾紛的經驗教訓。方法迴顧性分析我院自2003年6月~2013年6月因誤診誤治而導緻醫療糾紛的33例臨床資料。結果本組死亡9例，其餘24例治愈齣院，但全部病例均髮生醫療糾紛，併作瞭不同數額的經濟賠償。結論及時、正確、早期診斷併及治療，纔能減少誤診，減少醫療糾紛，保護患者正常的生命安全。
목적：천석문진내장출혈환자오진오치도치의료규분적경험교훈。방법회고성분석아원자2003년6월~2013년6월인오진오치이도치의료규분적33례림상자료。결과본조사망9례，기여24례치유출원，단전부병례균발생의료규분，병작료불동수액적경제배상。결론급시、정학、조기진단병급치료，재능감소오진，감소의료규분，보호환자정상적생명안전。
Objective: lessons learned from the analysis of outpatient viscerallhemorrhage misdiagnosed causes of medicalldisputes. Methods: retrospective analysis of our hospitallfrom 2003 June to 2013 June because of misdiagnosis in clinicalldata of 33 cases of medicalldisputes. Results: in this group, 9 cases died, the other 24 cases were cured, but allof the cases were the occurrence of medicalldisputes, and dif erent amount of economic compensation. Conclusion:treatment and timely, correct, early diagnosis and misdiagnosis, in order to reduce, reduce medicalldisputes, protect the life safety of patients with normal.
