目的：完善输血查对流程，提高临床输血安全，提高患者满意度。方法对350例输血者在抽取交叉配血标本时由2名医务人员共同采用询问式查对法查对，将查对后的患者姓名等信息写在采血试管上。输血前由2名医务人员进行2人2次核对，核对过程中医务人员及时给予正确或错误的回应，然后将患者血型卡挂床边，请患者、家属一同参与查对。结果350例患者无1例输血差错和纠纷发生，患者及家属对输血查对满意。结论输血查对流程再造，能使临床输血的安全性更加可靠，提高患者满意度。

Objective To improve transfusion check process, improve clinicalltransfusion safety, improve patient satisfaction. Method 350 cases of transfusion in the extraction cross matching of blood samples by two medicallpersonnellto the inquisitoriallcheck method check, the check after the patient's name writ en in the blood test tube.
