目的：进一步研究心率失常患者的临床治疗，分析原因、探究解决方案。方法收集2010年2月~2011年2月来我院治疗心律失常的127例患者的临床资料进行详细研究，对上述患者进行动态心电图以及综合心电图检查的基础上，确定每1例患者的心律失常类型，原发性基础疾病，主要临床症状以及发病原因。结果发生室性早搏几率最高，其次是房性早搏和房室传导异常。高血压、冠心病以及糖尿病是诱发心律失常的最主要因素。在对症治疗的基础上，22例患者完全恢复，约占17.3%；88例患者有效控制，约占69.3%；17例患者无效，约占13.4%。结论准确、及时的诊断确诊心律失常类型，在在去除诱因以及病因基础上，对症治疗，能够显著提高治愈效果，对于心血管疾病的防止，意义重大。

Objective: to further study the clinicalltreatment of arrhythmia patients, analysis of causes, to explore solutions.
