目的：探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）并发心律失常的急救与护理措施。方法我院2010年1月~2013年8月对收治的AMI并发心律失常13例患者进行治疗并探讨其护理措施。结果治愈11例，抢救成功率84.6%。结论心律失常是AMI患者的主要死亡原因，早发现、早报告、早救治，降低死亡率，提高成功率。

목적：탐토급성심기경사（AMI）병발심률실상적급구여호리조시。방법아원2010년1월~2013년8월대수치적AMI병발심률실상13례환자진행치료병탐토기호리조시。결과치유11례，창구성공솔84.6%。결론심률실상시AMI환자적주요사망원인，조발현、조보고、조구치，강저사망솔，제고성공솔。
Objective to study the acute myocardiallinfarction (AMI) complicated with arrhythmia in first aid and nursing measures. Methods in our hospitallfrom 2010 January to 2013 treated in August admit ed to the AMI with arrhythmia in 13 patients and to explore the nursing measures.
