目的:建立骨碎补药材的HPLC指纹图谱提供骨碎补质量控制可靠方法。方法采用HPLC法色谱柱为DianosilTM C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5um):流动相为乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温25℃,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长254nm。结果初步建立了骨碎补药材的 HPLC指纹图谱,标定了8个共有峰,测定10批骨碎补正品中,3种成分含量,抽皮苷0.49~0.76%,新北美圣草苷0.49~0.63%,E-4-0-β-D葡萄糖酰咖啡酸0.11%~0.36%,鉴别了真伪骨碎补。结论利用 HPLC指纹图谱可从定性和定量两方面控制骨碎补药材的内在质量,方法稳定、简便、快捷。

목적:건립골쇄보약재적HPLC지문도보제공골쇄보질량공제가고방법。방법채용HPLC법색보주위DianosilTM C18주(200mm×4.6mm,5um):류동상위을정-0.4%빙작산수용액,제도세탈,주온25℃,류속위1.0ml·min-1,검측파장254nm。결과초보건립료골쇄보약재적 HPLC지문도보,표정료8개공유봉,측정10비골쇄보정품중,3충성분함량,추피감0.49~0.76%,신북미골초감0.49~0.63%,E-4-0-β-D포도당선가배산0.11%~0.36%,감별료진위골쇄보。결론이용 HPLC지문도보가종정성화정량량방면공제골쇄보약재적내재질량,방법은정、간편、쾌첩。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Rhizoma Drynariae for its reliable quality control. Methods: HPLC was adopted with DianosilTM C18 column (200mm×4.6mm, 5um) as chromatographic column. Mobile phase was acetonitrile-aqueous solution of glaciallacetic acid with 0.4%. Gradient elution was performed with column temperature 25℃, flow rate 1.0 ml.min-1, detection wavelength 254nm. Results: HPLC fingerprint of Rhizoma Drynariae was initially established with 8 common peaks calibrated, which was used to identify between true Rhizoma Drynariae and false products in 10 batches detected quality products by contents of 3 components:naringin 0.49-0.76%, neoeriocitrin0.49-0.63%. E-4-0-β-D glucopyranosyllcaf eic acid 0.11~0.36%. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint could be used to controllthe inner quality of Rhizoma Drynariae from two aspects of qualification and quantitation, which was stable, simple and fast.
